Newborn care specialists are typically hired for a baby's first night home through up to six months. We know that new parents can become sleep deprived and not feel like they are able to enjoy those first few months, and that's where a NCS comes in. They stay with the baby during the night so that you and your partner can get some much needed sleep.

Nannies who apply to our agency meet the following:

• 6+ years of paid nanny experience

• Certified to work as a Newborn Care Specialist

​

• Extensive knowledge on safe sleep, provided through trainings and courses via a third party

• 25 + years of age

​

• CPR and First Aid Certified

• Valid license with clean driving record

​

• Reliable vehicle

​

• Ability to work legally in the United States
