Rates and Placement Fees

Below is a general guideline to nanny rates in the New Jersey area as well as our placement fees. Nicole's Nannies team will work with you to create a competitive compensation package to ensure you are receiving the top care possible.

Professional Nanny Rates

$25-$35

gross hourly rate

In addition:

  • 2 weeks paid vacation

  • 5 PTO/sick days

  • 7 to 10 paid holidays

  • health insurance stipend

  • mileage reimbursement

Placement Fees

A $275 search fee is required to begin the nanny search​

The placement fee is based on 8 weeks of the nanny's gross salary.

As a Client of Nicole's Nannies You Will Receive the Following

  • A detailed consultation call

  • A customized job description

  • Constant support by our team

  • Extensive screening of candidates (including social media, background, references, and a thorough interview prior to you meeting the nanny)

  • A professional contract of employment

  • A one year guarantee replacement if the nanny quits 

  • 10 months of a discounted rate if you choose to hire a new nanny
